The Cambridge Norwich Tech Corridor initiative is a public-private partnership set up to drive and promote high-value technology-based economic activity across a wide geography encompassing the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. The initiative joins up the strengths and assets in the Corridor to promote and drive investment into the region and support indigenous growth creating a cross-sector ecosystem of businesses to drive collaboration, technology convergence and strong regional supply chains.
The CNTC is a private-public partnership initiated by Breckland District Council, Broadland District Council Cambridgeshire County Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council, Forest Heath District Council, New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership, Norfolk County Council, Norwich City Council, South Norfolk Council, St Edmundsbury Borough Council and Suffolk County Council
It has the potential to be home to an additional 26,000 additional jobs, 46,000 people and create value of an additional £2.75bn to regional economy by 2031.
